The agent fee would be the only thing that really concerned me. Paying in instalments isn't really a problem, because you could just pay for the replacement in instalments too - providing the selling club were okay with that. Point is, we'd eventually end up with a fixed amount over a certain period of time, meaning we could easily invest the same amount over the same period of time. (This makes sense in my head, though I'm not sure how well it's transferred to words )
