Neil Lennon touted as Redknapp replacement at QPR. Sources close to both the ex-Celtic manager and QPR have stated that Toni Fernandez is keen to offer Lennon a chance to shine in the English league again. ********************************************************* Not a word of truth in that, of course, but I thought that I would get in first before all the lame journos make up a story about it now that Lennon has parted company with Celtic. See, anyone can be a "journalist" - even me!
Ahhh, but in the same story about Lennon leaving Celtic on the BBC, Malky has stalled in his contract negotiations with Norwich! Waiting until after the weekend? Maybe answered my own question, who would not stall on being offered a contract with Norwich!
Heh, the plumber who just visited was a Celtic fan, he said he didn't want him to go to Norwich which was fair enough but I wish I saw this thread earlier. He's a twat if the highest order ( not the plumber) and half the board would turn into flyer clones if he was appointed!
He had us playing good football but was a complete tool, I've said many times we need a manager to bring the fans together, not one who will divide them even more.
Lennon wouldn't be my first choice if we have a vacancy or anywhere near the top of the list. Anybody who has managed either of the old firm clubs would not appeal to me. I would want somebody young with fresh ideas and no baggage. Ernie Howe from Bournemouth would be my first choice.
Mod's, we have a gingerist in the camp! Edit, your OK Super, having looked at the forum rules I could not see anything about gingerism so you are ok mate!
Lennon and David Moyes reportedly fighting over our job in a wine bar last night in that playground for the rich and chic...Clitheroe
Oh no thanks , we need someone that can settle with the team , the club , the fans and be able to get results. That's a difficult one to find , but I will throw in a name Paul Clement with Clint Hill
