Just wondering, if they ended up in the Playoffs and got to the final where would it be played? I can't find an answer to this on the Internet.

I'm popping along today (plastic I know). Hopefully they'll get the result they need today and go up automatically anyway

last season it was held at the home teams ground (St James Park, Brackley)

Looking at the league table last season it seems as if it is played at the highest placed teams ground who is in the final

Bit weird but fair enough. I think the final is the day before City's final match against Everton, so if necessary everyone should get down and support them.

    How's Emerton getting on there?

Wasn't Ryan Kendall also one of our products?

Danny Emmerton has scored at least one for Ferriby. They seem to be impressed with him. Yes Ryan Kendall was, as was Steve Gardner.

Russell Fry and Nathan Peat are also our youth products from further back.

1-0 at HT. Kendall and Jarman look good up front. Kendalls cross for the goal was a beauty.

Playoffs but even if they don't go up, Ferriby can be proud of what they have achieved this season. Need to regroup, rest and prepare, theyre good enough to win it, but it won't be easy as the form team usually finish 5th.

I've never seen a Ferriby league game before today, or any other game at this level.

The style of play in general was very 'typical English' with long balls to the strikers and both midfields just being there to chase and win the ball rather than do anything with it. But it wasn't the dirty, scrappy game that football at that level is made out to be.

The ref did exactly the same stupid stuff as the top level ones do, such as when a defender running towards his own corner flag chasing a ball that wasn't moving fast enough to go out, pursued by the striker forcing him to deal with it, knew the attacker was behind him so went down and bought a ****ty cop out free kick which the ref gave. I can't understand why refs take **** like that. It'd make me want to not give them a decision all game.

NFU have signed Adam Bolder along with Dan Clayton and ex.Grimsby striker Tom Corner for next season.

Ex. City striker Ryan Kendall has left NFU by all accounts.

Weren't we in for Bolder a couple of years ago, & he ended up at QPR?

No, he played for us (both he and his brother were born in Hull) and then left for Derby.

Yeah I know, but he left derby on a free & I'm sure he turned us down & went to QPR & there was a huge thing about how he'd turned his back on us or something.
