I'm not sure that's true; developers are incredibly keen to build houses on that land. Not to mention the owners also plan simply to offer TA out to the Rhinos or YCC should we default on our rent. We're not the ones in the driving seat in this situation.

Because Cellino wants to take it to court rather than pay it off. With Cellino's legal track record I'm not too confident.

Says on that link that it is not expected to be resolved until the season starts!!

How are you going to pay for transfers and wages until then? I think if the players don't get paid AGAIN at the end of May, they will be seriously thinking about moving on - and they would probably be entitled to leave on the cheap if contactual payments are not being met <yikes>

McCormack to Millwall on a free?

It might given time. But ten years of ****ology at the club cannot be cleaned up in a few weeks in my opinion

"If you were given 6m to invest in three players who would it be, and why?"

Give it to Leeds60 (Mike) and let him get on with it. <ok>

Suppose the question is, if the Manager (whoever it is) invests in tomorrows talent, are they going to be given the long (ish) term to see those players reach their potential?

Are we, as fans going to give the Manager time?

Remember, Cellino wants us in the Prem in 2 seasons.

    My three signings:

Stevie May - Might not be the quickest of lads when I've watched him this season, but him and Smith (if Ross leaves) would be scary as sh*t for opposition defenders. Both absolute power houses and it's a partnership that would do well in the Championship.

Dale Jennings - Agree with leeds60 on this one. Would be available pretty cheap and came into his own second half of last year, still only young but after listening to his interviews he seems extremely determined.

Ryan Gauld - I'm not really sure how much this lad would cost, much needed wide player and could be one for the future.

Dundee Utd's mini Messi. Great shout. Our midfield is the poorest of our positions

FORMER Leeds United managing director David Haigh has moved to protest his innocence following his arrest in Dubai on suspicion of financial irregularities.

Haigh was arrested shortly after his arrival at GFH’s offices having been accused by the bank of financial irregularities of close to £4million.

What a nice company GFH Capital are

That is the biggest spin Haigh has ever put out there. He is still under arrest moved to protest his innocence. Hope they have sharia law. Chop chop.
