Suppose the question is, if the Manager (whoever it is) invests in tomorrows talent, are they going to be given the long (ish) term to see those players reach their potential? Are we, as fans going to give the Manager time? Remember, Cellino wants us in the Prem in 2 seasons.
My three signings: Stevie May - Might not be the quickest of lads when I've watched him this season, but him and Smith (if Ross leaves) would be scary as sh*t for opposition defenders. Both absolute power houses and it's a partnership that would do well in the Championship. Dale Jennings - Agree with leeds60 on this one. Would be available pretty cheap and came into his own second half of last year, still only young but after listening to his interviews he seems extremely determined. Ryan Gauld - I'm not really sure how much this lad would cost, much needed wide player and could be one for the future.
