I think Vettels problems are just down to experience, and I mean in the sense of past experience. The last few years have been with a glued to the track car and he nailed it with the tools given to him. He will adjust I have no doubt about that, its just when that will be. Come the end of the season I expect Vettel to regularly be beating Ricciardo. Imagine the shock Nico and Lewis will get when they find themselves fighting other cars again! These things take time.
I think he's taken it all for granted a bit in the past and isn't used to now having to work hard to get a decent result. It's a different mindset but one he will come around too.
Agree Vettel took full advantage of the tools that was given to him in the past 4 years but he is seriously being exposed as a driver who cant adapt to cars which require driver skill ,cars with reduced downforce higher torque making the 2014 hybrids harder to drive . Questions which were being asked about Vettel over the last few years are being answered in the first five stages of the 2014 season.
Its a bit unfair to wipe away 4/5 years of hard work and results with the evidence of 5 races, quarter of a season. Vettel is having to make the biggest change of them all with regards to a unstable car, give him at least half a season
Yeah Vettel is known to prefer "knowing" the car characteristics before he stats showing his 100%, other drivers might like stepping over the line to get a result (Hamilton, Alonso, Ricciardo), but I think he is the kind of driver to avoid that sort of approach to racing in general. Vettel hasn't become overrated or slower after 6-7 years of being a world champion in the waiting by everybody who is anybody in F1. Vettel was able to maximize the EBD leagues above anybody else so his "restart" point was always going to be further down than the rest as strengths of his have been nullified while others have been able to keep theirs. If Daniel doesn't beat him this year, I don't expect him to beat him over the years while Vettel is pretty much in a reconstruction phase in his career.

seriously though.. Imagine if you pulled a sick day to skip a court case or something to watch F1 in monaco but not much happens because of the weather. I would be gutted
Ferrari have a very good car waiting to happen. James Allison has said all along. It's kinda odd because Ferrari have improved last years weakness (cornering) but they have just fallen prey to a very innovatively designed Mercedes. Rosberg in the press this week said he expected a closer fight between at the least Merc and Red Bull because 'one of our advantages is in power and at Monaco that is taken away'. I still think a Merc 1-2 in quali looks likely and the first corner could be mega. Nip/tuck so far!
If Mercedes were taken out then we would have a very tight fight between Ferrari and Red Bull.... I hope you Hamilton fans are happy
It's the same every year then in qualifying he falls back. Ferrari look good though, well Alonso anyway.
The Mercedes has to look out for red bull sister team...maybe somebody will get a ten place grid penalty for the team? Lol. Remember red bull said they would be working much more closely with Its sister team and they will share same parts from next year... Watch out Hamilton and Rosberg!!!! Lol.. Somebody could take one for the team in qualifying.
By he way...I wonder what Rosberg must be thinking...."Whats with this guy Lewis? He oversleeps, turns up at the track running in his civilian clothes, still trying to pull up his pants, when I am going out on my installation lap, and he dresses, gets into his car and he is faster than me? How did he do that? Why didn't he sleep all day? Maybe he was doing simulations in his sleep...Rosberg would give anything to be in that dream so he could study the telemetry...lol Is it just my mind or does Hamilton do better when he is on the Blackfoot? Rosberg, this is your home, if you can't beat Hamilton here then you could as well write off the title because he will be harder to beat at all the other tracks baring a DNF.
