Okay so the first worrying transfer article has now surfaced online. Didn't take long. Sandro's agent is now claiming his player could leave Spurs this summer... http://www1.skysports.com/football/...-could-leave-tottenham-for-serie-a-says-agent If there's one player I want to stay and shine under our future management team, it's The Beast. I hope this is an isolated article but I have a feeling this will be the start of various player exit stories that will surface at regular intervals. I guess Levy needs to secure a top class manager asap to get the likes of Sandro and co to commit to the club and believe we really are going to challenge otherwise it could be a painful summer ahead.
Musa Yahaya continues to be linked. This is the Nigerian teenager we supposedly came to a pre-contract agreement with in March, which would imply that our ability to drag out transfers continues as per usual...
Sandro is a beast, a fans favourite, my favourite player and an outstanding DM, but even if true, we would move on as we have sold better players then Sandro and still improved but it is likely to be agent talk as most of our "stars" will be meeting with their agents, reminding them we have no manager and the future is uncertain, and that they can move elsewhere (while the agent gets a cut).
It really sounds like the agent is just waving his hands in the air to attract teams and hope that Sandro decides to go. Ideally the agent probably wants the money you get with a move but even he had to admit that Sandro would only go if the club wanted to sell him, which makes him like pretty much everyother player.
Howcomes Soldados agent isn't threatening us that his player wants to move! Haven't heard much from Verts yet. Could he be the surprise stay or have we just accepted he wants out.
It's early on and most players are either on holiday or preparing for a World Cup. As we've seen with Sandro's agent and Toure's too, the scumbag agents are just starting to mouth off and I'm sure there are plenty more sounding out moves on the quiet. Anyway, Soldado stays. I'm predicting many more hattricks for him in a Spurs shirt yet!
Verts will possibly get his Barca move now their ban is lifted. Koscielny has signed a new deal so pretty much rules him out leaving this summer and seeing as he and Jan were the two main CB's linked... I'll let you guys make your own conclusions. Hopefully Sandro kung-fu's the **** out of his agent, otherwise we will! Can't Rose's agent tout him about it though? As gutting as it'll be...
So who is this kid the reincarnation of? He's got no chance...we have already been blessed with the reincarnation of Zidane in the past.
I'm not surprised he is pissed off. It's rare to get even one chance in your whole career to play in a home World Cup and he got no chance of playing his way into the Brazilian team.
He has been injury prone and he was never really in Scolari plans, mainly because of his injury issues so even if he played two more games, would it have made any difference?
Loic Remy is who we need.....like we did last time...but since when the **** did we ever do things right.
