My reason for wanting to get rid of Royston Smith was his stance on Liverpool Ocean terminal. I thought he may have damaged the relationship between the two cities as we have a lot in common - commercial seaports, fantastic universities, both Labour run councils now, wonderfull football teams. To my mind it is good to have healthy competition between the two cities, not antagonism.

Itchen has been Labour supporting for years. Are you seriously telling me he could turn over John Denham's healthy majority? It is vital Southampton returns two Labour MPs as the rest of Hampshire is likely to be a sea of blue after the next election with a likely collapse of support for the Lib Dems in surrounding constituencies given boundary changes. And a likely Tory Government with a majority!! Hope I am wrong as a coalition Government is far more interesting and better for the country.

Denham's got a very narrow majority and Rowenna Davis is standing. Denham and Whitehead seem like good MPs, it's the frontbench of Labour who worry me!

According to a YouGov poll, the Greens are gonna get a higher percentage of votes than Lib Dems. Blimey, Nick Clegg has really destroyed that party hasn't he.

Anyhow, my biggest problem with voting Green (aside from my family disowning me) is that it'll mean a higher proportion of the vote to UKIP relative to the Conservatives.

Isn't it refreshing for us to be run in a sensible manner for once?

Thought you might be thinking tactically Lapras!! Not for a minute do I think you are a Tory!! I'd still go Green as it is based on PR or the transferrable vote or some system like that for the Euros!!

I know the Liberal Democrats haven't done a whole lot, but they do have 1/5 of the seats of the Tories. The thought of them losing most of their MEPs is funny though <laugh>

I'd really like Clegg to get shafted, My 27,000 grand + debt is down to his spineless actions.

'United Passions' - a film about FIFA.

    Total cost? £19m.

    Funding? £16m from FIFA itself.

Watch the trailer below, I don't even know what to say about this whole thing.

Yeah but the Conservatives didn't con students into voting for them on the premise they'd stop Uni fees being raised.

The whole university clusterfuck is the responsibility of Labour, with their insistence that everyone should go to University, rendering degrees much less valuable.

Come to think of it, so is the ****ty state the economy was in.

Oh don't get me wrong I'd still rather vote Lib Dem than the Tories. But they've certainly lost a lot of respectability in my eyes.
