If we accepted an offer, then no not particularly. I would be disappointed if we did though.

 

I wouldn't begrudge him or Adam going. I'd just be gutted and a little disappointed.

 

And you need 2 mates. All workmen work in threes....one doing, one instructing and one sucking his teeth.

 

With Adam I think fair play, yeah I want him to stay but if he wants to go I have no hard feelings. He has been great for this club through the good and the bad.

With Shaw he has only played for 2 seasons with us. So it's basically a thanks for developing me but I am off. Which if I am honest pisses me off a lil.

 

If the players want to go enough we can't do anything. Contracts mean jack **** these days.

 

Yeah but it's potentially a great opportunity for him and he'll be hugely rewarded. Can't begrudge that in a not terribly ideal world, particularly if the dominos here start tumbling.

I disagree, but that's not what I meant at all. If he agitates for a move then yes I would begrudge it. If we accepted an offer otherwise it's basically showing him the door so I wouldn't blame him in that case.

 

Well, I hope that Clyne/Chambers horribly outplays him next season.
