In all seriousness, seems like some crazy stuff is going on. People evacuated, injured and told it could become a stand off. Seems some people just didn't like the 30% price increase
Is Chazz a member of CTWD and/or voted No? If so, maybe Allam has hunted him down and he's slowly pipping all of us off one by one until the 'silent majority' are left
Although it looks like something has genuinely happened, this did happen to a village nearby me when a bloke went out shooting (on a farmers land where he had permission) lost his gun bag and walked the short walk back to his house with his shotgun on show. Someone saw him with it and the whole village was on lockdown, armed police with MP5's patrolling everywhere, helicopters, the whole works. Quite funny really.
Yes in all seriousness i hope nobody is seriously hurt and the situation is resolved. Crazy world these days

Someone on my Facebook said it was two brothers arguing over money and one got stabbed and shot twice, possible siege situation ongoing
two people dead , spoke to sister who is outside brough police station .. one from gunshot and one from knife .. sad news ... she thinks (conjecture) it was a gipsy family who took revenge on something that has been going on there
you may not like me , but do not bring my little sis into anything , she rang me after I tried to ring her being concerned about her, she tends to know plenty that goes on around there and its not good .. don't bring your petty comments to a serious event where two people have died , complaint made

I don't dislike you. There was a similar comment regarding the terrible murder on Beverley Road (?) over the Xmas period, turned out to be bollocks. Blaming ethnic minorities without any evidence other than gossip for crimes that haven't even been confirmed is a little racist, don't you think?
Her indoors works in Melton, she told me she saw the bear in the air( CB slang for a police helicopter for those who don't know) as she left work. I didn't even bother replying to her, such was my disinterest. Rather foolish of me in hindsight. I only live down the road, I might go down and see if I can help. It's the least I can I do. My son has just reminded me that he commented that the police chopper had been overhead for ages as we went to Morrison's in Brough to buy some basic provisions. I didn't answer him either apparently. Maybe I should pay more attention to what people are saying to me.
