**** me we've just had the highest ever finish in the premier league, runners up in the FA Cup final and now in Europe, if it isnt high now it never will be.
Presumably one of the disabled blocks will have to be incorporated into the away end and having just checked some photo's, I'd think the away end would have to be E1-E3 and N6-N7(but that seems too big). please log in to view this image
It is N5/6/7 and E1/2/3 with the segregation (ie empty) section in N5 and E3, I went to the ticket office today to move from E4 into the North stand and that is the plan they showed me. As it is i didn't move because I thought we would have a bigger share of the North Stand i.e. N1-5 as you have suggested. It looks big to me but that's what they showed me so we have stayed in E4 and will see how it goes the first few games, if we don't like it we will look to move. As mentioned earlier I will not be spending a penny on any merchandise or add on in order to fund the price increase.
And I thought the idea was to keep segregation to a minimum, not increase it! Doesn't sound like the 'kop' end we wanted either... If that's true then they're only giving us 1 extra block in the north?
Just read my letter. I have a week to get priority seating. Do I also have to pay my deposit in that week? I am being rushed and I simply don't know at this stage if it's doable. It says there's more information in the pack, but I've looked, and I don't think there is. If someone can clarify, I'd be grateful.
I know, some parents buy their offspring presents, even when they've grown up. When the parents retire and find money tight other members of the family chip in and help out. As it was.....
My reading was you had to pay the deposit when you get the season pass, ie within the week. It might be worth giving them a ring.
I know its bloody disgusting after paying for a trip to Wembley. I'm lucky enough to have a small emergency fund which means it can go on my credit card and will be paid off with the help of this month's salary.
I can't work the deposit thing out either If I renew tomorrow do I have to pay 100 quid And 2 x £50 for the juniors How do I know what bloody row or block to pick in the north stand also
I'm surprised my letter says "We believe that it would be of huge benefit to our team, and the matchday atmosphere inside the stadium, for the North Stand to be made exclusive to home supporters and to make this happen, we obviously need to relocate visiting supporters."
Sorry if it's been mentioned before, but just seen this on a Daily Mail (national) report. "It is not just season tickets that will rise, match day tickets will also increase, with the most expensive going up to £50 for some matches." Jesus! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...t-prices-30-away-fans-improve-atmosphere.html
So we give up three blocks to gain one and will all end up with reduced facilities and even less opportunity to socialise as we've been used to, but pay more than the south stand? We can't put them in upper west as it'll upset the corporates. Way to go chaps. No need to consult fans, you've clearly got things under control. Carlsberg don't do **** up, but if they did...
I phoned today and was told the entire North Stand will be home fans, but the idea is not to sell passes for the area of the North next to the away fans to allow for segregation & to reduce some of the issues caused by the fans in E1 who may want to move into that area
My understanding is that the entire North stand will be home fans and they are to reduce the number of away fans allocation to the minimum allowed to fit in e1 to e3.
