Sunderland are obsessed with us and Bruce. Their main objective next season will be to finish above us again and if they do, which they might, theyâll celebrate it as heartily as they did this season. Iâd never consider us rivals, but clearly they see us as big rivals - maybe them being small fry compared to NUFC has finally made them switch their sights? They all wanted Arsenal to win the cup, which London Arsenal did for them (they love London them lot). That combined with them finishing a point above us meant that they had a terrific season. Plus, they might start sticking their tongues up Chelsea's arse next season too for some extra capital glory and it'd give them a bit of Euro action for once.

Sunderland can **** off 6 points to us 3 red cards to them a 3-0 mauling in the QF to us so what if they finished a point ahead with stats like that against us.. nothing to crow about

Sunderland fans wanted us to get beat, but there were a few who gave us some credit for making a game of it. Not like i read to much into their weird fixation into City, which seems a bit one way. Bit like our's with Leeds.

Not really or he would have typed 'Smug' and not 'Sunderland fans' it's quicker to type too. I think you did yourself proud, I think we did ourselves proud, we gave top teams a proper game instead of rolling over like the media expected both of us to. What we did was good for English football. Now from what I've read most of us feel the same. One fan does not represent an entire support, Why do you think when we did the **** Hull thread I quoted the posters I meant because your arseholes don't represent all of you? Does it make me like your club no, does it make me dislike your club more no. I liked Hull, I like Brucie even though I feel he's let himself and Hull down with his past comments. What will restore my respect for Hull? Better relations between these boards. Smug's actually sound, but once he's been wronged/crossed or what ever, he won't let it go. The only way to get last word with smug is to ban him. Just the way he is, he wants you to respond to his posts, and he wants to respond to yours. best way to deal with Smug is to just ignore him other wise you get threads that just go round in circles for 20 pages. He loves it and everybody just plays into his hand. I respect him because he admits he's like this, that he love an argument and loves to stir and take the piss, while everybody else say's he's argumentative and then engages in a three page argument with him. Seriously. Just Ignore him. Let him have the last word(don't even read it if you feel you can't resist) and your Smug troubles will be over. He'll be laying into Hull for years to come now fella. I can only treat as I find, and in my view he's not a sound bloke at all, he's a lying tit with personality issues. He's been caught lying on several boards and your board improves when he leaves it, as he did when you weren't doing so well. You do yourself no credit effectively trying to defend him. We've had City fans on here behave in a similar way to him and they were taken to task by other posters and efectively driven off.

I can see why you don't like him and don't blame you, but the more you continue arguing the toss with him the more you're bringing it on yourself because he's relentless.
