It was their responsibility to play the game in the correct manner. The same applied to Hill, Coventry & Bristol. Only Everton came out with any dignity.

When Coventry and Bristol cheated and sent Sunderland down I put aside 3 bottles of beer to toast their demise. I drank one when Coventry were relegated and another when Bristol went. I'm keeping the other for when Jimmy Hill dies .......... bitter? No it's lager actually
