I've been thinking about momentum. For what it's worth (and probably not worth much), Derby have been consistently good since SM took over whereas we have improved with a huge rush of momentum to beat Wigan from 1 nil down. They say momentum counts for something. Here's hoping.
RTID, plus our experienced squad, that a lot have been bemoaning about all season, may actually come to our advantage, on the big stage. Just perhaps ??
My feeling is, a similar performance to the one on Monday night against Wigan will win it for us. I remember when we played them at home, they were decent but we were better. We should not fear them at all.
I agree. Monday night's performance fills me with confidence, because the victory was down to a will to win that hadn't previously been seen from this team. We have better players, more experienced players, and, if we want it as we did on Monday, we will be unstoppable.
