Nice try Beth, but no. It's not Tokyo, which should narrow the airport and mega city questions down quite a lot......having been driven through 50 miles of solid industry from the airport to my destination, I'm classifying this as a mega city, even if its not officially one.

I'm a bit of an anorak when it come to aircraft but I have limited experience in business class. My initial thoughts were that it was an airbus A340. If 2 digits are right, it must be a 747 or a 757. I'd say most likely a 757.
