No offence but I can't really understand the need for a victory parade for winning a trophy that most big clubs including yourselves don't even take seriously, hence the reserve goalkeeper in goal every round. I can understand Wigan and Portsmouth having a victory parade, but is it really that big a deal for a big club like Arsenal. The FA Cup is a nice bonus to win but it isn't one of the big prizes these days, the PL and CL are the trophies that really count
Not bitter at all, just saying we wouldn't have a parade for just winning a domestic Cup. It's actually a compliment, a side like Arsenal should be hoping for more than just a domestic Cup. I know we've had a **** season, but that's got nothing to do with the point im making

Im pretty sure real madrid had a victory parade after they won the Spanish cup a few years ago, the one when ramos dropped the cup, and they are the biggest club in the world, plus the Spanish cup is not held in as high regards as the FA cup. If man u go a few years without winning a trophy then win the FA cup i guarantee you will have a victory parade to.
It is not more prestigious it is the same, it is just the English media brainwash everyone into believing the FA Cup is more important. It's the same as Wimbledon being the most prestigious Tennis tournament, and the Open being the most prestigious golf tournament. It's all aload of bollocks, all countries claim there tournaments are the best. You don't actually believe that the Spanish, Germans and Italians all believe the FA Cup is better than they're cup competitions?
I'm trying to remember if Chelsea or City did it in the few years they were dominating the competition. Can't remember?

Not only did Madrid have a victory parade for the cup a few seasons back, but Sergio Ramos also dropped the trophy! Or was that the league?
