    UKIP is the party of choice for sundry racists, homophobes, xenophobes and general nutters. It also has support from many reasonable people who are looking for an alternative to the mainstream political parties, and Farage is the acceptable face that these people can relate to. He dominates the party totally - can anyone name another prominent UKIP member? - and is constantly in our media consciousness. It is important, therefore, that he is challenged and scrutinised and this guy did it brilliantly.
