It does bring into question his real views on encouraging women in football. He has lost credibility.
I feel he's just sent jokes that he's heard or seen. Have none of you ever said a sexist joke? I know he's in a high position but to be found out on a private email. What is the world coming to? Cut him some slack in my opinion and for people comparing him to the clippers owner is utter rubbish.
The 'female irrationality' thing is the only really sexist bit for me, but is the only bit not properly quoted, the rest is crude but in private emails I don't think it's something he should lose his job over, but a big loss of credibility to him if he's meant to be at the forefront of equality in the game. On another article though I read he's big chums with Rupert Lowe and they go on shooting trips together, so he must be a massive dick.
The In-betweeners is full of such terms for girls and their parts and is heralded as brilliant cutting edge comedy but no-one is calling for their heads! Facebook is full of jokes about the differences between men and women (from both sides) Gonna be a bit boring in a few years time when the only joke allowed is "what's red and invisible? No tomatoes!"
