    I was wondering that because when they was getting off the coach at Humberside airport chester looked fine and had all his luggage and what not.

    4:45 am here on the prairies. Can't sleep any more too excited. Off to a local pub with my son and a couple of friends to watch the match but that's nearly five hours away. To those travelling, safe trip and have a brilliant day. Up the Tigers.

    Whether at Wembley, watching or listening, the best of luck to all Hull City fans today.A win will see you be the 7th Yorkshire based club to win the FA Cup and leave Hull FC as the only major sports team in Hull not to have won a cup final at Wembley.

    The 2am start to the match here is far too late for a septuagenarian like me so I will record it and watch it over breakfast tomorrow.

    On the train approaching Derby. Saw a few fellow tigers board but we're in first class with about 6 gooners. Friendly banter and they are by their own admittance ****ting themselves.

    Re Chester, Bruce said that due to the occasion and the temps, anyone playing would have to be 100% fit. Says to me that any doubts, it'll be a no.
