So a relegated club, a club promoted to the championship and a club promoted to the prem! Thats a wide spectrum, can't tell if hes lower end championship or lower end prem quality. Could be the most over-priced signing of the summer (bar all of Man Us signings) given the demand.

Not surprised we're linked with Billy Jones- I reckon most higher Championship/lower PL teams will be. He's as likely to sign for us as about 10 other teams. I could see Schmeichel going for a team like Southampton, unfortunately- he's probably a better keeper than Boruc and therefore is likely to be 1st choice. Nick Powell's another promising one though- I like the look of a lot of the players we're linked with, especially Powell and Albrighton.

Interesting that the express claims Drinkwater cost only £750K. What a bargain if true, Man Utd must be kicking themselves looking at the state of their current midfield (club bias, yes, but I DO rate Drinkwater that highly!).
He has 'grown' phenomenally this season ... in terms of poise, confidence and taking on responsibility ... has all the hallmarks of a future captain for me...
Word of warning Manchester United always include buy back clause in the young players they sell. So if Man U decided they did want to buy back Danny Drinkwater, Matty James or Ritchie De Laet they could and there isnt a great deal we could do.
There's been so much upheaval at Manchester United recently though I'd like to think we could trick them... Maybe not.
As I said before, I can't see Man Utd taking chances on young talent after this season. They need tried and tested; the cream of Europe. I don't think our trio are likely to go... yet anyway! Kasper on the other hand...
