The ref & linesmen each get £375 and the fourth official gets £320

Seriously? with all the money in todays game and ref's still make a pittance.

Anyone know what a premier league ref's salary is for the year? I assume its not pay as you ref for league game.s

Premier League ref's get £70-85k a year depending on how many games they do(£33k basic + £1.15k per game).

For the FA Cup, it's about the prestige, so they get a souvenir medal instead and the £375 is just to cover their costs.

To be fair 85k a year may not be much compared to players but it's a decent wage.

I thought Terry Neil was out of his depth when he came to Hull.

What's the deal with this international friendly, is that still going on/been already or was someone yanking my chain?! Last thing we need that.

Also, is it me or is this week dragging like nobodies business? I've been that nervous I've already gone through all me knickers - I can only pity the guys I work with... Only fooking Thursday too! My nerves definitely are hanging by a thread.

I hear that Piers Morgan will be on suicide watch just in case.

Expect "The Samaritans" to be busy if Hull win. Does Wenger have the number ?

We have lost any that were susceptible to this kind of thing after the Birmingham loss. Most Arsenal fans would take it in their stride, just as we have taken every other blow we have had over the last while.

I think that you should be more worried about the pundits that will have to actually praise Arsenal next year, or predict that we will win. A few of them may have to go on suicide watch as they would probably rather die than say something nice about us.

That's it, give the Gooners an upside in case they lose.

Just popped over to wish you luck Saturday and you get some silverware at last. Been a closet fan since 80's when my favourite player of time Paul mariner joined you.
    Arsenal 3-1 Hull.
