    Liked Uncle Buck.

Liked most of John Candy's films. Always a good laugh.

Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins were great in the Shawshank Redemption.

The World's End was very good. Shaun of the Dead is also great. Some other favourites on the movie shelf are: Gladiator, Apocalypto, Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended of course), Zombieland, Last Samurai, Hidalgo (best film about a horse ever), Hanna (great theme tune), Stardust, Amelie (for topping up on whimsy), Pacific Rim, District 9, Fifth Element, Bourne trilogy, The Thing (John Carpenter's), the Road (distilled misery), Chronicle, Avatar (just for how awesome it all looks). The most recent Hobbit movie was also great and really enjoyed Catching Fire when I watched it a few weeks ago. Want to see Godzilla.

Saw an advanced screening of Godzilla, it was pretty good, though I nearly got up after 10 minutes when I had a comic book guy moment proclaiming "that looks nothing like Godzilla" but it all works out in the end.

Anyway, to answer question I would say The Crow, the first matrix movie, lord of the rings trilogy, braveheart, gladiator, last samurai and the Harry Potters

The 2 greatest films of all time are 2 sequels, both directed by James Cameron.
Terminator 2 and Aliens. Both much better than their predecessors.

Shawshank Redemption is my all time fav followed by the Green Mile. All time classic ( for the older generation ) was " How Green Was My Valley "
