Nah, it's busy enough without me. I chuck my bits in when needed, but most things are sorted now.

    <laugh> QED

Post #92 on there mentions it too. That's the one that was dealt with at the time, yet you still harp on in the hope reality skips by.

Given the ****e and that and other threads, it's incredible that's the best you can cling to, and the replies before and after seem to support it being a reasonable question to ask.

Nah, just pointing out my prediction and comments were spot on.

Let it go, you lost this argument when it was topical, you can't rewrite it now.

What do the posters on here think about the health benefits of eating lot's of garlic?
I love it when it's combined with pasta.

In a tomato sauce of some kind?

Love garlic but most people don't take the bitter bit out which spoils any meal

I'd imagine the health benefits are outweighed by the smell of eating lots of garlic for most people. People with less of an interest in their hygeine or general appearance, or French people will probably be more inclined to comsume vast amounts of garlic in my opinion.

I prefer moderate servings of garlic, often in garlic salt form as part of my morning 14-egg-white omlette. You can also buy garlic pepper if salt isn't your thing.

When I'm on a clean eating cycle it's one of the only things I can use to get a bit of flavour into my food, that and **** loads of Cayenne Pepper.

What do you do with the yolks?
    I'm assuming you're a body builder?

I keep two in the omlette if I'm using eggs then lob the rest, but I usually order cartons of 28 egg whites and use about half. I'm not a body builder mate no, just like to keep myself in good shape, I don't do bulking phases so I'm usually fairly lean, I weigh anything between 13.5 and 14 stone through the year.

I can't remember where, but I recall reading something that was saying that not eating the yolks considerably reduces the amount of protein that gets converted as there's something in the yolk that works in synergy with the white and the digestive system?

I also read that removing the yolks for cholesterol reasons was a bit of a mix up with the way cholesterol works?

The bigger factor seemed to be how the eggs were farmed, as in too many additives were a bigger problem, same with milk.

    Is that nonsense?

Without doubt my pepper spice of choice, use a lot of it.

I'm a lemongrass monster too, fresh, powdered and paste.
