Even if he is proven in the PL, there is no guarantee he will bring his Liverpool form to Chelsea, we play completely different styles.
Look at Torres (though some would argue his dip had already started at Liverpool).

A lot of reports say we have agreed a £32m deal with Atletico for Diego Costa (which will not be announced until after the CL final), he plays in a team with a similar set up to us and though he is not regarded as high as Suarez at the moment, he is a much cheaper risk than spending £100m one on player, no matter how awesome he is.

Think we really need to hang on to our Luis for obvious reasons. However, he's had a couple of magnificent seasons as we've seen so is maybe due a dip in form... obviously I only hope that happens if we sell, if he stays I'm sure the red shirt will propel him to another 30+ goals. The only predictable thing about him has been his performances on the pitch and even those have been peppered with 'incident', so it's all up in the air and we should be prepared for either scenario really.
