The best thing about the BNP video is that the ginger girl at 0:38 is also the mother of the children in the election broadcast video.

The interesting thing about the BNP is that everybody says they're far right, but that's not strictly true. They're far right in terms of inequality, anti-immigration, capital punishment and preventing health tourism and putting British people first, but their other policies tend to be quite strong on the left: big government, anti-capitalism, strong regulation, protectionism, want the workers to have more power. Their ideology is very similar to Nazism.

Far right in terms of immigration, capital punishment, etc, but far left in terms of big government, workers' control, state ownership, protectionism, etc. True far right is embracing globalisation and the free markets, like the Republican Party and Pinochet.
Nazis = National Socialist German Workers Party

Nazism was a fascist dictatorship and against freewill and free speech....not much socialism or liberalism there.

Was waiting for that. Anyone who says the Nazis were Socialists, need their head testing. Whether you like it or not, on the political compass, the BNP are most definitely a Far-Right Party.

Economically liberal, but authoritarian government. Communism is equality and fairness for everyone, didn't turn out how Karl Marx intended it.
On some issues they are, but they're also on the far left on some issues. Communism is basically Nazism, but the latter believes in racial superiority and the former says everyone's equal (but the government are superior).

Their name was a lie in order to gain support. There was nothing socialist about them whatsoever. Far left politics involves social ownership of the means of production.

The Republican party is moderately right, not far right.

Exactly, its authoritarian government replicates the Nazi's authoritarian government.

How can communism have an authoritarian government if there is no government?

Because the "Communism" in history isn't really far left, and the Nazism isn't really far right as that involves a small government and embracing the free market, the Nazis owned everything and had a big government.

The left and right wing spectre is more of a circle with the opposite wings actually meeting in the middle.

India has a very Communist set up, but they're also big on the racist 'cast' system, for example.

Socialism and Racism aren't mutually exclusive.

There is no communism in history other than some ideas written in a book. Far right politics doesn't embrace a free market or free anything. A totalitarian state controls all aspects of society.

The author of that article seems to disagree with that Nolan chart thing.

"A true Rightist believes that, other things being equal, the individual should be as free as possible from state coercion"

No, that's what a libertarian believes. That right there is social liberalism and economic conservatism. "True rightists" would be both socially and economically conservative, and therefore would be in support of restrictive laws, such as drug laws and making gay marriage illegal. Conservatives love state coercion when it comes to social issues they disapprove of. They just don't want to pay taxes.
