According to the telegraph, we're waiting to hear from Southampton regarding the bid for Shaw - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...uture-will-be-decided-by-the-new-manager.html
Well why would you be so excited about Chelsea signing Costa that you posted yet another thread on the chav board? You have been on the double parked bus since Utd's demise last season matth.
The chavs signing Costa is another indication of dual bus parking football. Kick it up to Costa to hold up Favoured Jose formation 7-2-1
Where is this rejection reported? everything i have read seems to point to the fact he will be joining us.
Costa is a Mourinho player, as in he'll run around like a lunatic putting a shift in. Very similar to Rooney, and that's why he wanted Rooney to. You'd think with just the one up front, he could afford a more luxury striker, but he continues to be linked with work horses who'll track back
Quoted just because it needs saying again. That said, if Shaw goes, we should screw every last penny we can get from Man Utd; same for other players linked to other clubs & I have every failth in our board to get Saints a good deal. ~£30mn+ sell-on clauses for Shaw with another young left-back waiting in the wings of our academy - Matt Target: he's supposed to be as good as Shaw for his age though I've not personally seen him play - that would easily buy an experienced LB for long enough for him to break through with loads to spare (we need a new keeper & Forward too). And if Shaw goes for ~£30mn, then it more or less prices Lallana out of Liverpool's ability to buy him. So if one of our players really has to go, Shaw for £30mn is the best deal from the players we've had linked. I'm far more worried about losing the manager or Lallana (or both).
I have watched Shaw 3 times live this season...unless he does not travel well...no way worth £27m. Fellatio is better than him by miles
