XMAS Bonus

Anyone getting one this year?

Just been told we're getting a £300 bonus for xmas which is nice.

Well it would be nice if it wasn't replacing next year's bonus (usually £1k) and we have a 2 year pay freeze.

I'm expecting a tidy wage rise for my promotion, probably about 6K extra. No xmas bonus. We've had a pay freeze for the last 2 years and probably for the next one as well.

 

We always get Jewed out of our bonus because every branch in the region (5 in total) have to make all their targets for the year. Lost out on £2500 last year and £1800 the year before. ****s.

**** it, I just abuse the overtime offshore because no **** has a clue what hours I work.

we arent getting a bonus this year, but the boss did say that if next year is no worse than this year then he should have saved £130,000 which he will share amongst us for bonuses next year based on who has been here longest getting the most money. there are 4 employees and i have been here second longest. so that kind of makes up for it.

 

so ur onto about £50,000? my arse

Though, the folly of such exubarence may bite ones arse if a certain client doenst pay us the £210k which was due on the 1st December

Also, will be up at adjudication in January with another shambles of a mob that owe us £120k
