I wonder who else will follow
Lamah, Vazquez, Lita & Ngog say farewell

Swansea City boss Garry Monk has started re-shaping his squad for the club’s fourth Barclays Premier League campaign.
The club can confirm that Roland Lamah and Alvaro Vazquez will not be returning to the Liberty Stadium following the completions of their loan deals.
Leroy Lita and David Ngog will also be parting company with the Swans with their contracts expiring.
Belgian international Roland Lamah joined the club on an 18-month loan deal from Osasuna in January 2013, while Spanish Under-21 striker Vazquez arrived from La Liga club Getafe in September.
Jonathan de Guzman’s loan deal from Villarreal has also expired, but Swans chairman Huw Jenkins confirmed that he could return for a third spell: “We will talk to his club and agent to see what his thoughts are - as we did last summer,’’ he said.
Lita was a £1.75million signing from Middlesbrough in August 2011, while Ngog arrived in the January transfer window on a short-term contract from Bolton.
Darnel Situ, Oscar Sielva and Pau Morer will also be leaving the Under-21 squad.
Swansea City would like to thank all the players for their services and wish them well for the future

I hope that Vazquez & the others go on to make a positive impression elsewhere .

Yea I'd expect Emnes to make a permanent move. Vazquez may come good but wasn't ready for the prem, lamah did fine but nothing special. Lita well what a waste of money!

Well no real surprises, I expect Emnes to be signed on a permanent deal. Think the lads a real tidy player.

Agreed on Emnes, hope he stays, a real impact player and seems to love the club. Out of the 4 leaving, no great suprises, Lamah for me showed the most promise for us but wildly inconsistent. Good luck to them all, even Leroy!.....scored Swansea's forst goal from open play in the Premier League don't you know!!! (a real claim to fame that one!!haha)

Can I be the only dissenting voice? I liked Lamah and think he's a decent option we should have tried to keep. He can be a tricky player at times but like others I can see the criticism that he's too inconsistent, though if you're not getting game time you're probably not going to be.

Vasquez has energy and ability but doesn't have the cool head that strikers need at this level.

    Ngog isn't good enough.

    Lita, fanx tara.

Agree. His goal on Sunday was every bit as good as Shelveys IMO....in terms of skill needed to pull it off.

Good news indeed though I think Lamah is a decent player and would prefer to keep him over Tiendalli, no news on Emnes though, hope we are moving to make him a permanent signing!............<ok>

Emnes still under contract to Middlesborough. One year left,I believe,so either another loan,or perhaps Boro will accept a token fee rather than have him walk next season for nothing.

    I quite liked Lamah.

    Tiendalli still under contact here.

All expected to leave , no biggy. Lamah is a defensive liabilty and would be my first out the door . Hope tiendalli stays and improves on the way we play. Not sure about Canas , not my cup of tea but Poz , at the price , has huge potential imo and I hope Monk and him can iron out theyre differences. As much as I hate to say it , but we need another Britton ....if thats even possible , he is "Swansea " and can never really be replaced but we must try.

I read on another site Emnes' contract finishes in June.
    http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/marvin-emnes/profil/spieler_37787.html
Also on transfer market web page.
Even if a fee is payable surely we could fleece Sunderland out of a few quid to keep Ki?

Lamah has shown signs of being a very good player and not had a lot of playing time.
Tiendalli does a decent job when picked but hasn't really improved. A partner for Angel is probably rather than an understudy.
Taylor! A bit of a to**** if you ask me, always blames others for his screw ups, positional sense awful and has lost his pace. Even if Ben Davies goes I'd still off load Taylor. There again he captained the side on Saturday so someone must be impressed.
Canas has had too many poor games but so has deGuzman so I;d not be upset if they find other clubs.
Of those being talked of as potential leavers I'd be gutted if we lose any from Michu, Chico, Pozuelo, Bony, Tremmel or Davies.

Is this the same de Guzman who scored 15 from midfield in his two seasons here? <doh>

I sometimes wonder, I really do.

It's quite fascinating to see the differing views on the same players!

I wouldn't mind keeping JdG now. Since Monk took over I sense a slight change in work ethic too (for the better). I'm really not convinced by Poz, and if it's true he's off then it doesn't matter anyway and we move forward regardless.

I'd keep JdG but Tiendalli needs to go. I think, given Monk's last few matchday squads, that we'll be seeing the back of a number of Spaniards this summer.

Three year deal to Tiendalli was a mistake. Nuff said.

It seems to me like there is something wrong with communication or something when Tremmel is playing. I don't know if it is because the players don't trust him or if it is because of a problem with communication but it seems to me that there are more mistakes in the defense and the defensive play when he is playing. I think we should offload him and bring in another keeper similar to Vorm.

Also think Rangel is in a downward spiral and we should give someone else gametime in that position. Richards or someone else. Maybe bring someone in?

Rory Donnelly needs a breakthrough this season...
