which canaries would you cherry pick?

Let's assume that you're a manager and you have the opportunity to pick over the carcass of the relegated budgies. You MUST choose at least one player to sign. Who and why?

I would go for Jonny Howson, best of a bad bunch.

Or RVW just for comedy value and the fact I can't stand the bloke who sits in the top righthand corner of the SBR moaning all game.

 

He's just making the right noises,you can bet he'll be off in a shot if the right offer comes in.

 

Nah, it makes sense.

They don't need the cash right now and they're not going to get that much for him to make it worth their while to sell so they will've already had this discussion. I think his moment to be a top goalkeeper has probably passed but if he has an outstanding season or couple of seasons he might get another bite at it.

 

At least RVW would make Frank look good.

 

Snodgrass is the only one I would choose the rest are pretty cack!

I would probably also say Howson.

He would give our midfield a bit more invention and purpose but i can't say that I'm overly jealous of the squad Norwich have. It will be very interesting to see how different they look between now and the end of the summer transfer window

 

I am guessing that something was said to Snodgrass about his 'falling over' all the time. In the last 7 or 8 games (possibly more), I honestly cannot recall him taking a dive, whereas it was every game (just about) before.
His whinging also seems to have been curbed to an extent too

 

I would take Hooper, I can see him getting 20+ in the Championship. That is his level
