Well no suprise that Brucie didn't win any of them, not too sure how the voting works http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27387062
To be fair, given what he started with, Pulis has done a wonder job there so deserves the award. As you say, as fantastic as he's been for us so far, Steve Bruce wasn't really in the running, but for us, his achievements this year have set a high standard for the future. I still think Moyes deserves the 'bringing pleasure to most people' award. please log in to view this image
It's no surprise cos he didnt deserve to win. He's done a great job for us but he simply hasnt been the best in the division.
As we went up ahead of Palace in the league last season and they've accumuluated 17 points (was it?) more than us under Pulis I'd say he deserves it more.
I'm with bum face. He's exceeded our expectations and has done a remarkable job, but all other factors considered, other managers have done better for their circumstances. I wouldn't swap managers or seasons with any single one of them though.
Oh aye, I dont want anyone thinking my comments are a slight on our manager. I would take Jose though....Im pinning my colours to the mast and saying Chelsea will win the league next season.
Not too much wrong with those decisions (not sure about Brendan Rodgers though!). The Nigel Clough award for FA Cup Manager of the Year is well deserved but I'm just a little surprised that it can be decided before the final has been played. If City win on Saturday I think Steve Bruce could well have pipped him.
Bruce has done well but not deserving of manager of the season. Rodgers has done superbly all season and they finished well above their own expectations. Rightly awarded for me.
