We played a bit when Arry made his subs. I would have had Dunne off for Yun who did well, but got to say Dunne did just about ok tonight.
Dunne started off dodgy but in the second half and extra time he became immense. He was the heart of our defense towards the later stages of the game. He got his form back mid game!
Exhausting watch but so glad to take my son to his first night match - roll on Wembley. I think their fans will be delighted they don't have to go all that way to Wembley again!
I'm in for that.... Missus just booked my flight while I was cycling to work; got to get a ticket to Wembley now. Will it be tough for an overseas hoop? Queens, you coming too?
Steady on Ozzie. With wild praise like that you mightn't have enough left to go round the rest of the players
Well done Grif! You fans were awesome tonight, must have been a very special feeling. please log in to view this image
Cheers Norway! How did we sound? It felt really loud at the game. I'm knackered... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Everyone here cries out for Morrison and is horrified when Zamora is brought on. Zamora played a massive part in both goals and Morrison struggled to have an impact. Maybe some on here aren't better managers than Harry after all...
You sounded like 40000, all game through! What impressed me the most was when we went behind and you got even louder from there on and in to half time. A couple of quick corners in the second half and the place was rockin' again. You made us all proud, Loftus Road can be a very special place on nights like this. Have a well deserved rest, 12 days to get your voice back.
Wow! A victory indeed. I've just got back and had a read through this thread, even when we went a goal down most of us in the 'old blue shack' felt we would still do it. ( Sussex R even guaranteed me we would still win 2-1 when he, Judo and I had our con-flab at h/t.) Unlike some posting on here during the match. It's definitely easier being there. Now for a large scotch and coke. Cheers.
