Sometimes at work I have to interact with ****ing idiots. Instead of proceeding from a logical standpoint, I have to make it look as if it was their idea and soothe their egos - it's easier that way. There are a lot of childish managers with petty, defensive attitudes here. Do you get the same, or don't you give a ****?

Good memory My work has a good number of Masons in it. One or two are ok, but the majority are very bigoted Rangers fans. Two of them are managers on upwards of £40K a year, these two are dumb and dumber, who constantly make **** ups and cause a lot of rework. They have no formal qualifications, and are an absolute joke to the rest of the company. God only knows how they are still employees.

We all have to deal with idiots at work. I tend not to dumb down or sugarcoat anything and just tell it like I see it. If someone does something idiotic I tell them that's idiotic. Now that I think about it that's probably why I can't get any further up the ladder. I hate office politics.
