Sorry but Chelsea have bucket loads of quality in their squad and they've spent a pretty packet assembling it.

Well with one of our average strikers we got 22 goals, if we had 3 Girouds, we could get about 50 goals from them which is good return, I don't see why Torres-Ba-Eto can't be scoring 60 goals between them. But as you said, his **** tactics, combined with always having a go at them, isn't likely going to help their on-field performances.

Mata-Hazard-Oscar is as good an attacking midfield force you could ask for. Then you have the solidity of the likes of Lampard, Mikel, Ramires, Shurle. Their defence is also as good as you could hope-ask for.

Their striking department could improve, but it's not exactly the worst one out there.

Roman sacked him the first time because of his brand of 19th century football. Also Maureen has a ego problem that means he falls out with some of his best players, Mata, Hazard, etc.

Wenger is right about the ****, he is scared of failure because he knows he has everything at his disposal, cash, players, more cash etc to win trophies and there are no excuses, so when he doesn't the spotlight is on him and he doesn't like it.

He laps up the media arse licking when he's winning, but look at him when he loses, blaming eveything and anything other than his own failings.

The value of the current Arsenal squad is £185,000,000. The value of the Chelsea squad is £345,000,000 so not far off double. http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/chelsea-fc/kader/verein_631.html

Which is the bigger failure, a probable 4th with the lower value or a probable 3rd with nearly double. Maureens specialist in failure comment is lesson one in words that can come back to haunt you.

All of those players plus in defence, Ivanovic, Cole, Terry, Cahill, Azp, Luiz.

Up front they still have Torres and Eto'o who were two of the best strikers on the planet at one time.

This is not a squad in transition or being built, they are an expensively assembled group of players who have no excuses.

ok lets add up all the money spent by Chelsea/City/United/Liverpool/Spurs in the years that AW have been with us. then compare to our spendings.

to finish in the top 4 for the last 17 years when we are being out spent by our rivals is a massive achievement, and we have bought and paid for our new stadium.

now we are placed to compete financially as surely Chelsea/Liverpool/Spurs will need to buy new stadiums. lets see how they cope with no money for players.

    Sadly this is not true.
We have paid off a chunk of the debt and re-structured what's owed, I believe we now pay £25m per year and the debt will be paid off around 2028.
I no longer believe we can compete with the clubs that have no respect for the value for money, but we are in a much better position today than we were in 3/4/5 years ago, and we have done things the right way and can be proud of what's been achieved in the past 8 years despite the lack of success on the pitch...

And I doubt the 'loose change' fine he got for bringing the game into disrepute today will hurt much...

The whiny one needs to take a good long hard look at himself, because with that squad at his disposal he should be winning trophies, instead of blaming anything and anybody else when he loses.

Finishing third and trophyless, claiming all season they were not good enough, he has just proved his assessment right and give himself a good case to ask Roman to buy who he wants in the summer. Very clever if you ask me.

For a team that cost double that of Arsenal's he could only muster 3 more points.

Also we have a chance to usurp that bollocks by winning a trophy leaving they special case empty handed.

This is the first time Mourinho has not finished in the top two since 2002.

You are in the same final as Hull City, after 20 years of building does this really usurp a champions league semi final after one season ?

20 years of building ? What planet are you on ?

And yes if we win the FA cup of course it will usurp Maureen's semi final failure.
