Ignore the rumours. The press make up bullshit about Suarez on a daily basis. Apparently it's now £60 million that Real are gonna get him for.

 

We're selling AL? My goodness, his posts usually seem ok to me. Ok, he's often got things wrong, but to sell him? That's tough

Do you think you'll be signing any attacking players? I'd have though two defenders and a midfielder would be high on your list.

 

I think some new full backs are high up the list. Johnson is a headless chicken who does everything he can to make it look like he's doing something when he actually is useless and has been at fault for a lot of goals conceded this season. Also Flannagan is still very raw. I actually think we have a good selection of CBs in Sakho, Agger and Skrtel that I think we will persevere with. Part of our problem is we leave our back four exposed all too often and we don't defend as well as we could as unit.

I think another midfielder is a must though (which is why we are being lazily linked to lallana). Personally I would love xavi Alonso back from Real. But that's not gonna happen.

And in attack I think we are looking to get another winger, mainly as we're gonna need some depth for Europe next year

 

I'm glad you recognise Johnsons level. Scarily he'll be our hope on brazil. You should never have got rid if Alonso; one of the most underrated players.

 

All I am saying is, it is a bit weird how the same reporters etc that were close to Cortese are the same people linking our players away. The Daily Mail being the worse of the lot.

 

When reporters close to Saints start saying they feel Cortese or some one who was close to Cortese is feeding other newspapers stories. You know something is going on.

 

Well I can't say that's impossible but I think it's about as believable as the theories that Ferguson wanted Moyes appointed as his successor because he knew Moyes would fail and make him look even better than he already did.

So, I'm watching MOD2, and they are talking like Lallana is gone toLiverpool. I haven't trawled the forum, but have I missed something?

 

Incredibly encouraging Lallana interview on SSN. Talking about how we will be even better next season and how we don't lose our best players any more.
