Will City get carried away and lose to a blood and thunder performance from West Ham, will Norwich win by 15 goals to have a chance of survival, will both Utd and Spurs lose to try and avoid Europa? Can anyone have a perfect week to try and catch Rebel. Probably not. On a personal note, can I say a big thanks to everyone taking part this year. It was definitely more fun having a larger group playing - even if those down the bottom gave up several weeks ago I am happy to run this again next year if there is the appetite, and would be great if a few more of the regulars joined in. Here are the final set of fixtures for this season Sunday 11th May 2014 Cardiff V Chelsea Fulham V Crystal Palace Hull V Everton Liverpool V Newcastle Man City V West Ham Norwich V Arsenal Southampton V Man Utd Sunderland V Swansea Tottenham V Aston Villa West Brom V Stoke
Please carry on, SD It's good fun even if some of those with little chance of winning (i.e everyone bar Rebelspur) threw in the towel early.
Well done SD the two leagues compliment one another and it's interesting to see some of the same players near the top of both, proving that are not just games of luck. Sunday 11th May 2014 Cardiff 1-3 Chelsea Fulham 1-2 Crystal Palace Hull 1-1 Everton Liverpool 2-0 Newcastle Man City 3-1 West Ham Norwich 1-2 Arsenal Southampton 2-2 Man Utd Sunderland 3-1 Swansea Tottenham 3-1 Aston Villa West Brom 1-1 Stoke
Thanks for running this again SD, even if it looks like I might finish behind Mark ****ing Lawrenson. Thanks also to those that have kept predicting throughout the season, even if they've not been doing well. It's easy to do a Norwich, but you lot are pure Sunderland. I also enjoy this, so not doing anyone a favour, but appreciate the comments anyway. As I said above, will definitely do this again and only lack of uptake will stop that.
Not sure how Lawro fits in. His predictions appear to include the F.A.Cup in relevant weeks. Are these included in his BBC total?
It used to say his premier league total, which agreed with mine last time I checked. It must include some FA Cup games?
It says here after week 36 he had 270 points (1 different to me) http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27240312 Following week he got 6 but has gone up to 284! It says he predicted 2-0's for the midweek games, but they don't say where that was published, maybe predicted when they were originally scheduled, but he aint getting any points from me for that!!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27272476 He disappears from our league next week anyway.
