    He was one of the few first-teamers who were left out of the starting line up to get on. Giggs is clearly looking to give the youngsters game time, and there's no guarantee van Persie will be used this time (obviously it would be difficult to drop Wilson after that debut).

    He won't talk about contracts (his or the players), but says there is no hurry as he has another year on his present contract. Doesn't sound like undying love for the club, but sounds like a man who intends to be here next season. That's good enough for me at the moment.
