Dammit! Their advertising is working before the shirts even out! This thing looks great, I'm so fed up of my iPhone never getting through a full day. http://www.veho-world.com/main/shop_detail.aspx?article=296
Sonos is the wireless speaker system that has adverts on TV all the time......playing music in every room, like you said.
Not trying to argue with you beefy. Merely thought when you said 'is that the one that plays music in every room' then Sonos was what you were talking about. I've never heard of Veho but Sonos is very well known for doing exactly what you suggested. Was merely a presumption on my part.
So by your reckoning, Swindon Town, whose shirt sponsor has been Samsung [a real big boy if ever there was one], is a bigger draw than us..? No. The reason why we choose specific companies is because they promote local and Hampshire. It's policy.
That's a good policy. It's nice that we don't change shirt sponsors every year like most clubs. Aap3 was obviously Hampshire based, Flybe planes land at Soton I guess? I don't know about Friends Provident but we had them for ever.
They sponsored the stadium didn't they. Official name was "The Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium" for a while.
Upto the end of season 1979-80 there was no shirt sponsor. So, first there was Rank Xerox - had a local presence during the time. Can't remember where in Hampshire. Then... Air Florida. They flew out of Eastleigh Airport to guess where..? Draper Tools [Draper] - Chandlers Ford. 10 year association. Dimplex - Southampton. Sanderson - I assumed the local recruitment firm, but I was never certain. Friends Provident - Had a local presence, but nothing more than that. You can sense Lowe's influence in this choice. **5 years. FlyBe - Flew out of Eastleigh Airport. They also did for Exeter, Birmingham [I think], and anywhere else they flew out of. 125th Anniversary - no sponsor aap3 - Chilworth. Veho - Southampton.
veho, they don't use the capital first letter routine, I use a veho slide processor, it is a nice enough bit of kit.
