Morning all from an overcast rural France. Touch of mizzle in the air, but as the morning goes on it is supposed to perk up. Mme's birthday today. She has already had one birthday party when we were in England with the family. Today I am taking her out for a surprise meal with some friends, then tomorrow another party with the part of the family who live out here. This must be the longest party on record, unless of course you know something differently.
