Would love to see Rhodes given a chance, would cost more than a non Brit player though. A player that is a reliable 20 plus goal a season guy in shyte teams and is rarely injured. All of our players that have come up through the lower leagues seem to have something about them, maybe a **** you attitute and total belief in thier abilities with nothing fazing them, whereas other teams have players that seem to have lost the passion when they have only played in the PL
Is that a fact or just rumoured because he would be great. Quality striker from a freshly relegated bundesliga team. Edit: I know he's not a striker as such but hope we're still after Aaron Hunt.
Would love to have him. Think if he does leave Swansea it will be for a lot of money and to a bigger club though.
I'd be happy to spend the majority of our budget on him, think where we would be if we had signed him instead of Dani
We need several players...our squad is far too short (as Mauricio would say)...apologies to Harrison.
We do need several players but a striker is the most important and if we get it wrong again could cause us big problems next year
If we are indeed looking mostly for bargains (Schmeichel and other freebies), then why not spend most of our budget on one player? No reason we can't spend £15m+ on one and pick up two or three others for £5-10m, as long as it's the right player.
he's probably underrated now. he's not exactly next level material but we could do with a clinical striker as long as he's capable of integrating with the system.
