Nobody is going to pay £30m odd for Shaw and then loan him back to us, United have been linked to him because they genuinely need him.
Lallana will never leave because Chamberlain wouldn't leave after one season, Adkins would never be sacked and Cortese would never resign...

Whatever names are on that list Poch gave Les Reed, I hope we see a couple of them before the world cup. Very unlikely but would give the players a buzz over summer that we are still ambitious. If Adam goes to the World Cup knowing we have signed players then maybe his head might not be turned so much while away. He's going to have a lot of people in his ear bigging up their own clubs over the summer.

It was a question? A simple question, nothing negative about it. There are always more ways of looking at a situation and one is if Lallana asks to leave.
It's not just your question, it's all the guff that precedes it. You have the club saying no deals. You have the players saying we're staying, at various points. Yet you all prefer to believe tittle-tattle from the rags. I know you're all football supporters, which means you are pre-disposed towards anxiety, but get a grip, eh..?
TSS, its not beyond the realms of all possibilities that the club is stage managing. They've done it before and they'll do it again.

Krueger has already told us they completely stage-managed his own appointment.
I'd say tough luck. Shouldn't have signed such a long contract. He still loves the club and would be very unlikely to be disruptive. If in a couple of years we haven't progressed, maybe, but why would we let him go now?
Yet you still aren't willing to answer a question? And you say I need to get a grip? As I have said many times, I am neither a positive or negative person I see it from both views. Maybe Lallana wants to play in the Champions League or maybe he wants to stay with the club he loves. Both of these things can happen, we will just have to wait and see what happens. But to simply dismiss one or the other is silly.
