Pathetic yellow card for the tackle by Delph on Silva. Perfectly timed tackle and he won the ball. **** referee.

How annoying is that song about Gerrard slipping over? Yeah it was funny at the time but does every set of fans in the country need to sing about it - it's a ****e song!

Not condemning it, but this nationwide mocking of Gerrard on the cusp of the World Cup where he will captain us pretty much sums up England.

Can't understand why they're singing "We're Cardiff City, We'll Always be Blue" myself.

It sums up that a lot of people don’t have Liverpool as their second club or pics of Stevie G on their bedroom walls.

    **** Gerrard.

Mind you I covered it with a fiver on 'any other score at 6/5.

I also had Dzeko first scorer and for it to be a draw at half time and Man City to win full time.

    Overall a good night.

League table looks pretty naff after tonight though. Down to 16th and heading to finish below Palace and Sunderland, both teams that looked dead and gone while we sat comfortably in mid table. If West Brom better our result on Sunday, there is a good chance that we will finish in 17th, which considering we were 12th 3 weeks ago is pretty concerning for next season.

Equally, as I posted earlier bag a win and the chances are we probably finish in 13th. It's just so tight in the bottom half that one win or one loss can move you 2 or 3 places in either direction each week.
