Shreeves "What was the most important thing about the win tonight?" If only Pellegrini had replied "the three points, you catastrophic bellend" What a daft question.
Bye Bye Delia Smith. Despite me sometimes slipping one off the wrist to you on Swap Shop, now, I can only mock your transfer strategy.
I always appreciate Delia Smith roast potatoes. Any potato variety tastes great using her method. Trivia: Do you know who baked this cake..? Yep..! please log in to view this image
Indeed. I agree with that Yes he was on loan to Bolton and was great for that period. But was telling he was sold on. He has periods at each team where you think he is on the path to greatness but then he drops form for sustained periods and seems to sulk. In the Olympics he would show moments where he looked really good but would then disappear from games or be selfish trying the spectacular. Similar to England really. He's one of those that looks like he isn't a team player. Ramsey has had a similar season (pre injury) although he was more than useless before this season and one of GBs worst performers in the Olympics. Differences are that Ramsey is a team player. I guess we will see next season is either of these 2 can sustain this season's form.
I see that ManU have a young English player (James Wilson) attracting attention in the media....could we sue them for infringing our copyright
Hey, let's sign him. Might be nice to come to a club with ambition, instead of being at one on a downer.
Arsenal players respond to abuse on twitter.... brilliant. Mre players should do this. Scroll down and play the video which is beneath the photos: http://metro.co.uk/2014/05/07/arsenal-stars-per-mertesacker-lukas-podolski-and-mikel-arteta-give-epic-responses-to-twitter-jibes-4721007/
The mongs will do it anyway beefy. Just good to see players respond in this sort of light hearted manner, unlike Mr Johnson of Liverpool sofa.
Apparently, Sam Allardyce will be sacked after West Ham's final game away to Man City. I say apparently, according to The Sun and The Mail. So who knows really.
Said to be in response to fans' discontent with the style of football played...not sure a board would take any notice of that from a financial point of view. He kept them up without too serious a flirt with relegation.
Nothing would surprise me about West Ham. There is a perceived West Ham style, borne out of the Ron Greenwood/John Lyall years, where success wasn't the highest of high priorities, over and above the way it was achieved on the pitch. I think they'd rather be relegated than play like Allardyce has them going. His style is so diametrically opposed to their ideal, and I do have some sympathy for them. It must be awful watching along, knowing that his method is effective, as well.
