you technically do have a case, but a very weak one, your damages would probably not even cover your costs. plus you'd better get a move on if you wish to sue him, the limit for making a claim is one year. by the way, i distinctly remember you moaning about a jack being precious a while back saying he would sue someone on here for defamatory comments. he was rightly laughed off this board, i suggest you take your own advice.
