And now your doing it on here, why don't you just **** OFF? This is the Sunderland board, not Hull or Man U, talk football or go and bitch elsewhere.
More sewage from Hull's direction, what a surprise, nothing constructive, nothing witty, just ready salted flavour humour. Predicting the future is the best you've got, that's just desperate. Come on boy, at least try.
"If we win tonight" All if mate. I don't believe in all this touch wood stuff, I we don't pick up a point in the last two games it will be nothing to do with my comments.
It's a weird little slice of hypocrisy Terry. The doom mongers feel quite at liberty to shove your optimism back down your throat but woe betide you if you chuck it back at them. I just think it's a consequence of posting on here, you have to take responsibility for what you say. BTW, the Hull kid has started slipping into his 'let's all be pals' routine now that he's made a twat of himself.
It is when the the posts you dig up were posted in the poorest taste. You'd think the season was over and the standing were final the way they went on. They took so much joy from it.
I think Meyler has been a disgrace this season, I watched a game recently where he dove about, done dirty challenges and asked for bookings! Fully supported the lad when he was here and injured but he has turned into a right plum!!
It's all heat of the moment stuff that ends up getting you custard-pied months later. Hull fans will be rocking this summer with their European adventure on the horizon, fair play to them for that, but history dictates that without a big squad of quality players, the EL forces you to dice with death on the domestic front. Next season could be a living nightmare unless Bruce gets big funds given to him by an owner that hates the club.
Trust me fella, Giving him an open cheque book will cause them a much more harrowing nightmare, one that lasts for years.
The F A will pounce on that, he will miss the F A cup final for sure, serves him right. And as for Hull they can have Cuellar, Bardsley, Graham, Altidor etc !.
Lost any esteem for Meyler when he ranted at the ref to get Catts booked. Man's a tool and this just confirms it. Hope he gets a ban anarl. And it's funny how you can get to dislike a club, isn't it? I didn't mind Hull before this season, but what with Bruce's "it's because I'm a geordie" routine, Meyler's twattery, wumming from Hull fans along the line of "look how well Bruce's doing for us - you shouldn't have sacked him" I am really starting to dislike them. Bit of a shame, because most of their posters are decent lads and lasses, but some of them...shee-it!
In my younger years i remember playing against Cec Irwins brother who was a no nonsense full back who chopped me down repeatedly until i nut-megged him and didn't go for the ball, when he turned i went straight through him from the back, we then proceeded to have a good hard but fair game. If you dish it out you should expect to take it. That said i did not see the Man Utd player do anything which would justify that sort of tackle.
Exactly this..Infact I don't think you can even call it a tackle..It was just a stamp on a players leg when he was already on the floor, with the soul intention of causing him harm..
Can I just say - if Cattermole had made that tackle against Hull - I wonder if Meyler's supporters would be saying about Cattermole what they're saying about Meyler! Not ****ing likely
I hope the TV cameras focus on him choking back the tears when the teams come out at Wembley. I, like many of you, stuck by the lad when we were paying his wages while he lapped up the sympathy. His snide ways, including his pathetic performance to the referee against his old club, have turned many people against hi. Last night's cheating was no big surprise to anyone was it?
It's the type of challenge that needs condemned by everybody, Hull fans, Bruce, Allan's Snackbar or whatever the owner's name is, ref's, pundits, school kids. Nobody should have an opposing view on assault because of where their allegiances may or may not lay. Bruce is desperate to keep him for the FA Cup final, now he knows that he has no chance of that he has a small window in which to retract his defence and condemn Meyler in public to claw back a tiny bit of credibility...will he do that?
I haven't seen anything about it news wise and referee wise? Has it come out that he didn;t see it so the FA will take another look?
If the referee has seen it then he'd have had no option but to book him. The good thing is that h may have yellowed him which wouldn't have been a fitting punishment. After the flak the Hull fans give Cattermole I'd love to see him banned tbh.
