Louis Van Gina is getting a 2 year contract, he's no spring chicken and won't be at OT long enough to bring a load of kids through, in those two seasons he has got to prove he's worth a punt of a couple more by being successful, you're basing your opinion on his time at other clubs in other countries and with longer contracts at those clubs.
