I reckon spending 15/20 mill but don't see us getting any money from outgoings & that has always been our Achilles Heel! Unless SB has a lot of out of contracts lined up.
Players we should release / sell Faye, Proschwitz, Jakupovic, Koren. We need to strengthen at LB - so Fig will be more of a cup match player next season. We also need a defensive CM and an attacking CM and an out and out left winger I would seriously consider any offer we get for Aluko as he is injured too often and we simply can't afford any passengers. Heard SB on the radio saying he was hoping to bring in 4 or 5 British under 21 players to bolster the cup squads (these players would not be part of the 25 man PL squad) and that he was looking both North and South of the border. Hope Fryatt stays. Quinn, Boyd and Mcshane will all have roles to play in the various competitions next season.
Bruce, Figueroa, Faye, Quinn, Meyler, Harper, Jelavic I think we can get better replacements for all of these. In midfield especially Blackburn have an excellent looking up and coming young midfielder called Tom Cairney. Looks the real deal but will surely cost a real packet.

Would like maguire from sheff utd as back up centre half. In cm we need to sign livermore, and add more pass and directness from midfield.
