Feel free to pick your three players to leave and three to join, reason for leaving could be anything from being deadwood to being poached. It can be your wish list or realistic expectation.

I'll happily get the ball rolling:

Out:
1. Pozuelo (Possibly disillusioned)
2. Canas (To make way for Ki and possibly disillusioned)
3. Tiendalli (I just don't rate the guy)

In:
1. Ki (I love the bloke for some reason, and he often beat Leon for stats!!!)
2. Jon Williams (Our "Bony" mad signing for the summer)
3. Caulker (I do think he would do well here again)

OUT: Pozuelo (No time for prima donnas)
Tiendalli (Lacks defensive quality and switches off too often)
Vasquez (Given plenty of chances under Laudrup and never delivered)

IN: Nick Powell (Young and creative)
Lukaku on loan (If Bony goes)
Jason Puncheon (Doubt he'd leave but I think he's a gem)

Lukaku for Bony as part of a swap deal if he ends up at Chelsea <ok>

"dark horse"

Is that the nag that Tan recently bought? <laugh><laugh><laugh>

 I've been impressed with Noone several times this season, Vetch. He can be tricky and beat a man to take him out of the play and his crossing is better than anyone we've got in our squad. Shouldn't cost too much either, so that'll endear him to Jenkins.
