Haven't seen De Laet this season, Byram has had a very very stop start season with little progression due to an injury he got at the back end of last season that never seemed to heal properly so De Laet would've easily been better this season. However, last season I woulda said Byram was the best right back in the division and although that may sound bias from a Leeds fan, he genuinely was, made Lennon look incredibly average and then made Bale look like a league 2 winger. Everyone who came up against him failed and also incredibly effective going forward.

 

I agree Josh - he is a fine player with loads of potential but doubt he will come here. More likely to go to Norwich as part of your feeder club agreement.

£6.5m seems like the right price for a player at his level, bargain seeming Palace paid £8m for Gayle.

Seems to be a good header of the ball, now we just need to get Guppy out of retirement so that Ulloa can get a decent cross to stick his head on.

On BbC sport yesterday Kasper was reported to be in contract talks

 

He said that preliminary talks have started, that he wants to stay, and it is down to the club - which I took to mean, if you meet the wages I will sign.
