eat less, drink less, exercise more. the only way to lose wait is lifestyle change. try to limit the carbs you take in and stay away from fast food. if only i could listen to my own advice!
funny thing i went for a bike ride, thought it would beat running , went down a bank and pedalled fast the other side nearly passed out. could have done with some drugs
i been doing the low carbs thing for over a week. used to run every morning, as i say got injured, lower back, hips, couldnt walk properly at times took a year or so to get better, no stamina etc , struggling tbh
mate, start slowly. i have the same issue. knee is flucked and cannot run on concrete anymore. i try get out for a 45 min walk every night and a couple of hours on a weekend. i live in australia tho so the weather is better which makes it easier to get out.
Google the 'cabbage diet' - a very effective way to lose weight, though, as I'm sure you're aware short-term dieting can lead to longer term weight gain.
Eat right, drink plenty of water and do 45 mins to an hour of cardio work at least 3 times a week and it'll drop off. You need to be eating around every 3 hours and at least 6 times a day in order to keep your metabolism working throughout the day. Breakfast is vital and then have a meal at dinner and tea. The other 3 times you eat just have a healthy snack or a piece of fruit. Try and drink water throughout the day.... although you'll get annoyed at the increased number of times you need a piss!!! Make sure you try and fit plenty of protein in with what you eat as this'll help you recover from the cardio work and don't eat anything in the 3 hours before you go to bed because you're not gonna burn it off when knocking Zzzz's out.
start eating out of date food. go to rural mexico or somewhere and drink nothing but tap water that should strip you out.
Isn't there somewhere online you can buy worms? Not the ones from the garden, the ones Polish people seem to have. Eat them, they live in your intestines and eat whatever ****e you eat therefore you don't gain weight.
never mind cario if you struggling for stamina. Lift weights. More muscle increases your body mass but it increases base metabolism rates so you will burn more energy at rest. The amount of calories to repair and build muscle will also help with fat loss. Cut out beer and fast foods. I tore ligaments supporting my bladder and couldn't walk for weeks never mind do anything else. A year out I'd put on 2 stone. Started doing weights and lost 5 inches round my waist and gained pecs. The I started running and i've never been in better shape. I've only lost half a stone overall. Don't focus on losing weight, focus on losing body fat.
