3 shots and they draw 3-3 from 3-0 down. Can't stand them and their ****ing success. With every result they snatch despite being massively dominated my hatred for them grows. Liverpool seemed to want to throw that lead away. If our defending was bad on Saturday then what the **** was that third goal in particular? We're miles better than them and they must be about 10 points ahead of us now ffs.
I hate Palace with a deep passion, and hope for the club to drop down the leagues and never return. ****s. Though I must admit, Liverpool's capitulation was quite funny.
Let me guess "the stats don't tell the full story"? Just coincidence that in every game they have less than 30% possession and no more shots than goals.
F*****G stats.... don't take s**t. The only stat that counts is the score. I don't like Pulis but that man has done miracles this season.
Honestly. Palace have been far better than us for the last 5 or 6 months - they are 7 points clear and they did the double over us. Plus they have wingers who beat the full back get to the byline and pull the ball back - let's hope that's what we have next year As for possession stats - look at Bayern vs Real Madrid possession stats - that was 0-5 over 2 legs.....
One of the most pointless and inane cliches going. Of course it's the only one that matters, but that's exactly what's irritating about them. They seem to get the result they want regardless of how poor they are or how much better the other side is. The stats tell you the story of the game outside of the goals. You can get a 1-0 win through luck but you can't get 70% possession through luck. You get the feeling Palace could sneak a 1-0 win without entering the opposition half. The other thing is all the decisions they get. We love going on about 'big clubs getting all the decisions' but Palace are as lucky as anyone for it. Another two massive decisions went their way today. Because of the 'hostile atmosphere', 'difficult place to go to' (pick whatever punditry cliche you want but it just means ****hole of a ground) it's for some reason considered difficult for a ref to give a pen against the home team at these places, especially compared to modern grounds where the fans are further from the pitch etc.
Pulis has turned Palace into another Stoke. Not pretty, not a team you look forward to playing but safely mid table. I'd settle for that every season
Palace fans don't care much for the football they play. I think in all honesty they look ****e, the fact remains we also gifted them 6 points this season despite dominating both games.
What is it with you PLT and your hatred for us (Palace) When Pulis came in you guys were 10 points in front of us, in that time weve picked up 17 more points than Hull, its hardly down to pure luck. If you had watched the game you would have seen that we also had 2 decent shots saved in the 1st Half. We defend for our lives and have pace on the counter, its actually quite exciting to watch, i dont see whats so great about passing it sideways all the time anyway.
Palace were as good as gone when Pulis came in, now they're 10 points ahead of us. From the three promoted teams, they have obviously been the best as the table doesn't lie after 37 games.
