They have the most expensive squad, and pay the biggest wages, so when it's all said and done, hardly a shock that they are going to win the league. You lot did amazingly well to push them this close.
Has been all season. Enjoyable and painful in equal amounts ... sort of. Nah, nobody won anything did they? (Maybe City did! ) *cough* you sure you're an Arsenal fan? *cough* Newcastle *cough* Sorry, chest infection. Totally agree, mate
It's haunted us for years, being able to score lots of great goals only to throw it away with ****e defending. Thank **** we've sorted that out, now we just need a quality striker. But it's a classic case of no matter how good you are going forward, if you can't defend then you're not going to win anything. It will be an interesting summer in the transfer market because Utd and Liverpool will be looking for defenders. City don't need any more players and Chelsea will take their pick of strikers because Maureen has a sugar daddy to fund it. In some ways it will be better if Suarez does stay at Liverpool, because we don't want the Chavs and Liverpool with a ton of cash from selling Suarez competing with us for the best strikers.
That's the funny thing, we no longer throw away big leads, we seem more relaxed now when 2, or 3-0, now let's just sort out getting our assed kicked when it's 0-0, .
Yep, that's our problem. Starting away games badly against the top four, when we kick off on a Saturday at 12:45.
I'd ban lunchtime KO's, they are the worst thing ever. Even before these disaster results, who likes a lunchtime kick off?
Lunchtime KO's are ****e. For the away team especially and if that team has been involved in CL football during the week it's a punishing schedule. Also the last couple of times I've been up to the Emirates I've been to Lunchtime KO's and I have to leave home at 3:30am.
So Clichy and Nasri are going win their second league titles in three years, got to be honest, that does ****ing grate.
To be fair to Nasri, he did speak nicely about Wenger few months back, saying Wenger's worked magic at Arsenal with the resources he's had. He's not a big right ****.
Even Cym hates lunchtime KO's because getting up at 3am means he has to get dressed in the dark and that means running the risk of putting his false teeth in upside down.
True, also despite being on the verge of leaving, he did play for us when we really needed him because half the squad was injured. I guess he just ran down his contract and had not intention of signing a new one with us. Also, he never claimed to be an Arsenal fan, unlike a certain Dutch ****.
